Being outdoors in Pembrokeshire’s fresh sea breeze is the perfect place to take your team for a day of team building. Sea air has many health benefits and has been proven to boost serotonin levels which improves your mood and mental wellbeing. We can offer different activities and trips tailored to your specific needs and requirements.
We are delighted to have teamed up with our good friend’s local business to be able to offer a variety of different activities and trips that can be tailored to meet your specific requirements. We work closely with various local outdoor activity providers such as TYF Adventure, Preseli Venture, and MUUK Adventures. We offer boat trips, and they provide you with coasteering, surfing and kayaking adventures, and a whole other host of outdoor activities.
You can charter up to two of our vessels at the same time, for as many hours as you like with the choice of where you want to explore up to you. Alternatively, you can hand the decisions over to us where we can showcase the best of what our local coastline has to offer taking you around the RSPB Nature Reserves of Ramsey Island and Grassholm taking in the stunning scenery and wonderful wildlife, in and around the crystal-clear waters of Pembrokeshire. We can also offer a more exciting experience on our rib boats, with exhilarating voyages that include driving over ‘The Bitches’ Reef on the flood tide, and through the white-water rapids. We could even travel to a local harbour such as Solva, Porthclais or Porthgain, where you can stop for lunch, evening meals and a drink!
We can then whisk you around the coast to where TYF Adventure will meet you and take you for a morning or afternoon of coasteering, surfing, kayaking, or climbing. Their highly knowledgeable and qualified guides offer world-leading outdoor adventure experiences in some of the cleanest and warmest waters in the UK, along with incredible scenery and wildlife.
Team building has been proven to improve morale, leadership, and problem-solving skills. It can also break barriers between team members and can improve organizational productivity within the team.
